With the workshops, each one is a suggestion, when we do them, they will overlap as each group is different and will have different requirements for the present time. I trust in spirit implicitly enough to let them lead the sessions for the highest good of the people who attend. In a typical first session with a regular group, we would do the aura protection first, every item would be fully explained to each member so they understand the principles and confirmation would be given to all from spirit that this is what they want for them at this present time. Then we would go into meeting their guides, bringing the doorkeepers through and any other guide such as their Esoteric Guide, their Shaman guide (in some cases) their psychic guide and any animal guides that step forward.
We would then be open to asking questions which always get answered at the persons level of cognition, again so they understand fully the concepts brought forward.
This typical session above would be 3 to 5 hrs with a break, depending on the amount of people attending. Each session we take would involve taking people to a new place in order for them to grow, they would be fully protected from any lower spirit energies by my team of Archangels and their own team of Archangels who we would call forward to assist us, Archangel Michael would be at the helm of all the protection.
We could utilise more of them if it would be a full day workshop, we would be led by spirit on this as some of the energies are quite high and people would need time to integrate them, however the energies needed could be turned into Chi Balls and would be given out to each member so this integration could happen later or another day.
Workshop 1:
Aura Protection, the ins and outs of protecting your own energy. As an empath you absorb energy in the form of pain and emotions from everyone who connects with your aura. This guidance shows you how to change from an impaired empath, who absorbs, to a healed empath, who knows. True Clairempathy is knowing not feeling.
Workshop time: from 1 hr minimum to 2 hrs depending on how many are present.
Workshop 2:
Meeting your guides, everyone has many guides in their lifetime depending on what they are doing in the moment and what their destiny is. For each step on your path, you get a different guide. Everyone has one Doorkeeper, who is the only guide you get from birth for all of your life path. You have a psychic guide that is with you to help you learn and practice your gifts, there are animal guides, 9 of them all around you that have different guidance for you depending on the type you want, there are Galactic guides that come to do attunements and clear out certain karmic debts and more.
In this workshop we show you how to connect with your guides, those that step forward for today. Your Doorkeeper will be made known to you, you will get a name for them and they will come forward in different guises whether they want to work as a guide with you or just sit and chat, they can advise you, take you on journeys to show you things that you need, they can show you things about their life , warn you and many other things. Once connected with them they are there for life for you.
You will get shown how to connect with them and talk to them, including the animals and how to feel their energy and utilise it wisely.
At the beginning of this workshop in the individual time, each person will be checked for dark and low vibrating energy attachments and they will be removed prior to the session. The Doorkeepers will protect them from then on and ensure they never get another attachment and their homes are never haunted.
Workshop time: from 1 hr minimum to over 2hrs depending on how many people and how they connect, this involves 10 minutes per person to connect to their own Doorkeepers, if they can’t connect, I will channel them through for them individually.
Workshop 3:
Claiming your energy back, this involves listing malicious ethereal cords, curses and Saboteurs (Energy Weapons in your Aura) ready for cutting, finding out what information is needed before we can cut and clear them, then doing the clearing with either Excalibur of Archangel Michaels blue sword of protection. Then additional protection will be given to ensure nothing returns. Guidance will be given on coercive control and how to be free from it and heal from it. This is particularly used after the Aura Protection session as they are both interlinked.
Workshop time: 1hr to 2 hrs depending on class size and amount of clearing needed.
Workshop 4:
Journeying to the Shamanic world, in this session we would have a Shamanic theme, with or without drum music or Earth music, to go on one of 3 journeys:
Journey 1:
To the underworld where you would meet one of your guides, be it being or creature. On the way to the underworld the Fae would go on a different path to the others as their energy is lighter, they would meet their guides in a different place part way down.
We have been to the underworld to ask for healing from the guides, the Shaman, the animals, the insects, the sea creatures many times and each time it has been a wonderful experience for all concerned.
Journey 2: this is where we go to the middleworld, to seek help from our younger selves, our inner child, to heal karmic issues that we are carrying in this life. Each issue that comes up will have emotions attached to it which can then be released, to aid healing the issues. Each journey is different and brings forward the next layer to be healed.
We can also go through the middleworld into our other designated lives to see what we are carrying from them that is ready to be released. All of these journeys are non-invasive and we have the full protection of Spirit with the Archangels and Galactic Council.
Journey 3:
This is where we go to the upperworld to the Angelic realm to meet the Angels, Archangels, the Galactic beings, our higher selves, our angelic guides, the Akashic records, the Halls of Amenti and much more. This journeying is for people who have lots of practice in the other two worlds and are ready for a shift in perspective and higher guidance. Going through the other two worlds will jettison a lot of the low vibrating frequencies that will allow this type of journey to occur with ease.
There is a kind of pathway to follow on all of these journeys, that will be led by spirit in each individual or group case.
The journey itself takes about 20 to 30 minutes, then the aftercare, letting the people write up and explain their journeys and feedback from spirit as to why they have been shown this will take up the rest of the time. They will each then have a schedule for healing from this over the next few weeks or so.
Workshop time: 2 hrs including feedback from spirit, (roughly 8 people in the group) the time will vary depending on the group size.
Workshop 5:
Listening to the Whispers, in this we will discuss spirit messages and how they come to us, we will clear our Backpack of Burden and have a reset with spirit messages so we can have a fresh start in listening to clear concise messages. We will also cover muscle testing as per The Emotion Code and Body Code, and learn how to ask the body questions and get the answers immediately. We will set an intention for each person to ask the body what needs to happen to heal the intention. This will involve pair work for muscle testing and explaining the parameters needed for this to work and be effective for each intention. We will then interpret this and set out a schedule for the healing to occur. Each person will leave this session with a programme for healing themselves and can use this as long as they need.
Workshop time: 2/3 hrs for approximately 8 people.
Workshop 6:
Advanced Crystal Workshop, in this we will learn how to listen to your body and speak to the crystals to find out which ones we should be wearing and where and how we should put the other ones around our house and store them. Crystals have fantastic energy and it can sometimes be cancelled out by putting them next to crystals with conflicting energies. We will use methods to sort them out to maximise their effect
Workshop time 1.5 hrs on average.
Workshop 7:
Animal Guides, most advanced spiritual people have up to 9 animal guides in various positions around their aura, that can guide us when we need their help. They are there and available but are often not used. We all have a Medicine Wheel around us where they sit, this wheel can be opened up to let the animals through and take their positions ready to guide us. We also have Power animals and a Totem Animal assigned to us at birth that will appear when you are ready.
Extensive understanding will be given with selected situations to explain how these guides work with us and when to call them through and how.
Workshop time: 2 hrs depending on group size
Workshop 8:
Chi Balls, we will show how to make Chi Balls, which are balls of energy in the 4th dimension, the Astral dimension that hold the energy of an intention. You can make Chi Balls to send attunements to people or to give them energy when they need it. If a healing takes place between the healer and client and more is needed for the intention it can be put in a Chi Ball and given to the client who can access it themselves at a later date to continue with that healing.
Workshop time 90 minutes plus depending on group size.
