Aura Protection

As an Empath you will be aware of other peoples emotions and pain, in fact you will be absorbing both of them whenever someone is in your aura, or their aura is within your aura. Auras are 12 feet in radius, this means for 12 feet all around you, you are absorbing energy from every living soul. In a crowded room this can be 40 or more people.

Without protecting your energy these emotions you are absorbing and the pain you are taking on lingers with you until you get rid of it. This may mean you are taking on the emotions of trauma or pain, which manifests in your body and starts to have an effect on you.

With this aura protection advice you get to learn what you can do to not absorb these low vibrating frequencies and protect your own energy.

The session lasts 90 minutes and all information spoken about is given in leaflets for you to read afterwards.

During the session you may get more information channelled from spirit which is specific to you and all questions will be a answered.

This information can be life changing, it takes minimal effort to do each day, maybe 5 minutes in the morning then a few more 5 minutes throughout the day, and it doesn't interrupt what you are doing either, no getting into meditative states with silence and music of any form.
